General Terms & Conditions:

1. The above rate is inclusive of uniformed chauffeur (with Mobile), fuel and all maintenance costs.

2. Night charges (same as outstation night charges) applicable for all local run between 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

3. Service Tax will be applicable, as per Govt. directive.

4. Time and mileage are noted from Garage to Garage. If detention exceeds 4 hrs. Inclusive of time from/to Garage, full day (8 hr. /80 km) duty becomes payable.

5. All Interstate Taxes, Permit fee, Toll, MCD tax and Parking etc. shall be extra as per actual. In cases where toll is prepaid or e toll, no. of trips with amount of per trip toll shall be mentioned on the signed duty slip.

6. In the duty of outstation company would be Made extra charge (DA) of Rs.400/- per day as chauffeur allowance.

7. In case a tax paid car or UP registered car is used for Noida/Greater Noida/UP travel, a per trip charge of Rs.150 per car and Rs.300 per MUV per day would be levied to cover prepaid taxes

8. Outstation Assignments subject to minimum running average of 250 kms. per day.

9. UNIGLOBE shall not be held responsible for any belongings left by users in the vehicle or any losses incurred by renter due to any reason.

10. This Agreement is perpetually valid unless it is terminated by either of the parties by giving a minimum 1 month notice period.

11. Cancellation Charges: For Economy/Executive cars: Cancellation made more than 3 hours before the duty reporting time: Nil. Cancellation within 3 hours before dispatch or no show once the car has left garage: Half day (4hr/40kms).

12. Payments to be made within 15 days of presentation of bills. Any errors in bills must be brought to notice of UNIGLOBE within 7 days of presentation. No disputes will be entertained beyond 7 days of submission of bills in any case. Bill will be presented on immediate/weekly/fortnightly/ monthly basis. In no case will the amount of credit extended to hire exceed Rs.__________________. Without prejudice, UNIGLOBE reserves the right to stop provision of services beyond credit limit.

13. The client responsibility of the signed duty slip resets till we handover them to you with the bill.
Interest chargeable on bill not paid on presentation @18% p.a.

14. Hirer to give details of bills paid along with payment. Should the billing dispute lead to a delay, 90% of the invoice amount shall be released within the agreed credit period and the balance remaining amount can be released upon settlement of dispute.

15. The user is requested to note time/mileage related discrepancy (if any) on the duty slip before service completion. The signed duty slip at the time of service completion would be binding and liable for billing and payment. Hard copy or scanned copy will be presented along with bill (hard copy or emailed) for payment.

16. Centralized Reservations may be confirmed 24 hrs. At 124- 4374012, with a mandatory-mail at info@uniglobeai.com and minimum 3 hours' notice is required for on the spot bookings, depending on availability. For advance bookings car and Service Staff details can only be passed approx 1 hrs. Before reporting. Confirmation of reservations will be subject to availability of cars / category.

17. Disputes if any would be resolved as per Indian Arbitration Act.

18. Only the following persons are authorized to make bookings on behalf of the hirer as on date.
